A few years ago, I wrote regularly about local history for New London Patch and Waterford Patch. I enjoyed discovering new (old) corners of my tiny city and getting lost on the more spacious back roads of its neighboring town. And from the responses I got, I learned that I was not alone; a lot of other people are interested in New London and Waterford history too. So, since those columns are no longer available on Patch, I compiled them all (as far as I can tell)
