New Hartford

Anyone who pays attention to the (sometimes amusing) process of Connecticut towns and cities acquiring new slogans knows that Hartford Has It. But New Hartford, according to its website, "has it all!" Coming from a rural town with a population of under 7,000 which was actually part of Hartford until 1738, that's some chutzpah.

New Hartford is cute enough to get away with that kind of thing though.
